Description
A fine beige coloured powder based on whey protein hydrolysate, supplemented with carbohydrate and minerals.
Indications and Prescribability
For the dietary management of conditions where extra protein in a hydrolysed form is needed in a small volume such as malabsorption and immunological conditions. Suitable for infants, children and adults.
Suggested Intake
The quantity of Hydrolysed Whey Protein / Maltodextrin Powder is dependent on the patients protein requirements, age, bodyweight and medical condition including phenylalanine tolerance, and should be determined by a clinician or dietitian.
Preparation & Administration
Hydrolysed Whey Protein / Maltodextrin Powder can be mixed with liquids, added to other foodstuffs or used as a component of an oral sip feed or nasogastric feed.

Must only be used under strict medical supervision. Not intended for use as the sole source of nutrition. Not for parenteral use.
Precautions
Store unopened can below 25°C. Once opened, to maintain freshness, firmly replace lid after each use. Store in a cool dry place but do not refrigerate. Consume within six weeks of opening. Once reconstituted, store in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
