A KetoCal smoothie is a great way to help maintain Ketosis as part of Ketogenic therapy. They take less than 5 minutes to make and taste good too!
Please note all smoothie recipes are examples and that intake is dependant on age, body weight and medical condition of the patient.
5 EASY STEPS:
1. Pour 100ml hot (not boiling) water into blender.
2. Add KetoCal powder and blend for 5 seconds.
3. Add fruit (frozen fruit can be used) and double cream (if required)
4. Blend for 5 seconds.
5. Serve over ice or blend ice with smoothie mixture - then enjoy!
